Do you suffer with tired feet, legs and calves?

This could be due to poor circulation which is caused by lack of movement and is very common for people who cannot stand or walk very far.
The Circulation Maxx Reflexology uses a non-invasive, and drug-free way to help provide relief through stimulation of the lower legs.

Circulation issues mostly occur from lack of movement and are most common in elderly people or people with disabilities who are unable to stand or move as much as they need, to allow the blood to properly circulate. The areas of the body that are most affected are the feet, ankles, and lower legs.

What is EMS technology?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is used for sports recovery, injury rehabilitation, and alleviating muscular and circulatory issues. The Circulation Maxx Reflexology device employs EMS to send small electrical pulses up the legs, simulating movement to help with inactivity-related problems.

How to use the Circulation Maxx Reflexology

Sit down and place both bare feet on the footpads on the device. Both feet need to be touching the pads for the Reflexology to work and the pulses to be felt. It does not matter if your feet are larger than the footplates or if you have smaller feet and they do not cover the footplates entirely. The electrical pulses are the same for each section of the footplate so as long as your feet have good contact with the device, you will feel the pulses as normal.

Select the power level (1-99), the EMS cycle and the timer either using the control panel on the device or using the remote. We recommend 30 minutes of use per day.

TENS Machine (NEW & IMPROVED)

The Circulation Maxx Reflexology now comes with a free TENS machine which is battery operated and fully portable and can be used anywhere on the body (Excluding the face and neck).
Apply the adhesive pads to the skin and choose the power level to suit.

- Portable Pain Relief
- For shoulder, knee, back & neck pain
- Includes 4 reusable premium electrode pads.
- Easy LCD Backlit Feature
- Requires x2 AAA Batteries

The TENS unit sends an electrical current via the leads to the pads that are placed on your skin to help ease pain.

It also aids in improving sports injuries; arthritis and sciatica; stimulating muscle; enhancing blood circulation; easing tiredness; enhancing immunity and improving sleep quality.

The pocket-sized and dual-output design enable you to use on the go or in the office and the pads are uniquely contoured to suit any part of the body

A Minority View of our History
Format: Kindle
If you want to learn more about American history from the perspective of minorities, this is a crowning achievement. It is long so I focused on reading the chapters on the US and it gave me an understanding of just how brutal the challenges were but how significant the slow process of building our multicultural society was as well.

Eye opening!
Format: Hardcover
I've read tons of books and biographies connected to American history, perhaps because I'm the son of immigrants, but have never read a survey like this one. By describing in luscious and sometimes horrific detail the wars being fought in Mexico and the main Canadian provinces alongside our Civil War, we get patterns, intersections, and insights that simply would not be available reading about any one struggle. I love this book which is teeming with wonderful portraits and dramatic scenes.

A worthy and worthwhile fourth volume in the series
Format: Kindle
Once again, Taylor frames a critical period of the past in terms of the continent of North America and ties the US Civil War to the one occurring concurrently in Mexico and Canada's move toward Dominion. All thoughtfully told and expertly researched.

Good History Book
Format: Kindle
Twenty years that change history and the Americas. Even though the civil war ended slavery at a humongous cost, it it failed to bring social justice a d civil rights to the population of the country. It was not until 1920 that women were granted voting rights. And some problems and divisions persist nowdays.

interesting and fresh perspective on the American civil war
Format: Kindle
Fresh perspective on the well known American Civil War. I appreciate Dr Taylor’s emphasis on the preservation of slavery over the states’ rights argument for why the American Civil War was fought.
