At Barakah Community Closet, we collect donated clothing and offer it for free or low cost—available to shop in person or shipped across the world. The closet exists to support women in need (including low-income women, refugees, and converts) with clothing, hijabs, and prayer items so they can grow their connection with Allah. Donations come from women in the community, and all women—regardless of background—are welcome to take from the closet!
This product is intended for organizations that are looking to create/stock their own borrow closet. We will ship you a 60lb large box, with dimensions 15in x 16in x 26 in. The box will contain a variety of outfits and hijabs in assorted sizes and colors, across cultures - including abayas, caftans, salwar kameez etc. If you would like to request more culturally specific items, such as salwar kameez or modern western style dresses, please specify that in the notes box below.
Example of what would fit in one box: 15-25 abayas/full outfits, 30 hijabs, 5 Qurans, 5 prayer mats
