These are stunning on their own and perfect for layering. Each stone will be similar, yet unique to those pictured as these are genuine Herkimer stones.
Herkimer diamonds aren't actual diamonds - The "diamond" in their name is due to both their clarity and natural faceting - these crystals possess double termination points and 18 total faces. Herkimer stones are double-terminated quartz crystals discovered within exposed outcrops of dolomite in and around Herkimer County, New York and the Mohawk River Valley.
