This Limited Fender Custom Shop Dual-Mag II Stratocaster exemplifies the Custom Shops unrivaled ability combine new materials, vintage looks, and new ideas into our favorite guitar designs. This guitar features a Super Heavy Relic treatment paired with a faded, aged, 3-tone sunburst finish. End result is a guitar that feels just like an old friend right out of the box. The relic process makes the AA quartersawn maple neck feel like a worn in baseball mitt, creating an ultra-comfy oval "C" profile with a AAA 9.5" radius rosewood board. 6105 frets pair perfectly with the modern radius for an extremely playable guitar. 

The electronics are a key feature with the headline act being the Dual-Mag II pickups. These pickups have Alnico 5 magnets on the bass side, with Alinco II magnets on the treble side for a unique balance of low end umph and crystal highs. They are controlled with a Blender circuit which allows the player to add the pickups together outside of standard 5 way switching. You can add the bridge into neck only, neck into bridge only, and in 2 and 4, you can add the neck or bridge (whichever is unused) into the circuit. This control replaces the second tone control leaving behind a master tone and master volume. In addition, that master volume control has the treble bleed circuit Fender calls the "Tone Saver". A combination of a resistor and a capacitor across the volume pot allows it to retain highs while lowering volume for a more usable volume band. 

This Fender Custom Shop Dual Mag comes complete with a hardshell case and a folio with the original floor traveler, COA, and tags.
