Our goal was to create a sophisticated and historically significant product using brandy. To achieve this, we start with Northern California grape brandy and re-distill it to create our Barrel Finished Gin. This process creates a unique herbal flavor profile that complements the grape base and sets it apart from our Vapor Infused Gin. After distillation, the gin is aged for a minimum of 8 months in brand new toasted French and American Oak barrels, using a semi-solera blending method. This results in a complex and deep gin with notes of Juniper, Vanilla, Lemon verbena, and other hand-picked herbs.
