Cold and Flu Brew Tea - Energy + Pain Relief
Natural herbal medicine blend that assists the body in strengthening the immune system, reducing inflammation, removing mucus, restoring energy, and relieving pain.
Ingredients: Ginger Root, Echinacea, Mullein, Peppermint, White Willow Bark, Gunpowder Green Tea
Instructions: Pour 8oz of boiling water on 2 tsp of herbs. Let steep for minimum of 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3x a day. Do not throw away herbs - you can reuse herbs up to 3 times. Once done, give used herbs back to the Earth.
Note: This tea contains naturally occurring caffeine which is significantly lower than caffeine found in coffee. Please consult with your doctor or physician prior to taking herbal supplements.
Cold and Flu Brew Tea - Calm + Pain Reliever
Natural herbal medicine blend that assists the body in strengthening the immune system, reducing inflammation, removing mucus, soothing sore throats, relaxing the body, and relieving pain.
Ingredients: Ginger Root, Echinacea, Peppermint, Mullein, Marshmallow Root,
White Willow Bark, Gunpowder Green Tea.
Instructions: Pour 8oz of boiling water on 2 tsp of herbs. Let steep for minimum of 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3x a day. Do not throw away herbs - you can reuse herbs up to 3 times. Once done, give used herbs back to the Earth.
Note: This tea contains chamomile which can cause drowsiness. Do not drink tea prior to operating a vehicle, It is recommended to take at night once settled in. Please consult with your doctor or physician prior to taking herbal supplements.
Elderberry Syrup Kit/Tea
Ingredients: Ingredients: Dried Elderberries, Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise Pods, Whole Cloves, Mullein Leaf, Echinacea Leaf, Oregano Leaf, Ginger Root
Instructions: Bring to a boil 5 cups of water and entire bag contents. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain contents into another glass bowl. Let cool and transfer to jar or bottle. Optional: Add 1/4 cup each orange, lemon, lime juice, and raw honey to cooled contents. Thicken liquid with one tbsp of corn starch in 4oz of water. Add to syrup.
Oil of Oregano
Ingredients: Organic Oregano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions: Place 2-4 drops of oil in water, tea, or coffee. Has a strong taste, do not over add.
