Arthur Prior (1914–69), the founder of â€tense logic', is regarded as New Zealand's greatest 20th-century philosopher. It is commonly believed that the philosopher J.N.D. Findlay lured a young Prior away from theology and his training for the ministry to the world of philosophy. However, as Prior’s letters to the poet Ursula Bethell and to his communist cousin Hugh Teague now make clear, he did not simply abandon theological study in order to immerse himself in philosophy – nor does it seem that it was a matter of his disbelieving in theology one minute and believing in philosophy the next. Until World War II, and, it appears, for a time afterwards, Prior seriously considered a career as a religious journalist, especially when travelling and living on the Continent and in England with his first wife, Clare Hunter. During these years, Prior wrote widely on theology and contemporary Christianity. In his correspondence with Ursula Bethell – who called him one of her â€young progressives’ – and Hugh Teague, Prior discusses in detail his religious and theological thought and his personal beliefs and influences, including his shift from formal theological study into a world of journalism and philosophy. These previously unknown letters, which cover the years from 1936 to 1941 and his time in Dunedin, Wellington, France and London, chronicle a substantial part of a fascinating period in Prior’s development, both theologically and philosophically. Looks decent, doesn’t cook me in summer
Size: Medium, Color: Grey White Stripe
Bought this mainly as another golf shirt and wasn’t expecting much. Material is lightweight and comfortable enough during warmer days. Fit was pretty close to expected sizing.
Sometimes inexpensive golf shirts end up feeling stiff or cheap after washing. This one has held up fine so far. Good everyday option.

Most Comfortable Hoodie I’ve Ever Worn…
Color: White Light Blue Grid, Size: Medium, Color: White Light Blue Grid, Size: Medium
Arguably, this is one of the most comfortable hoodies I’ve ever worn—and that’s saying something. The fit, feel, and overall look just come together in a way that makes this an easy go-to.
I’ve become a big fan of M MAELREG, and this hoodie continues that trend. Their focus on clean, sharp styling really shows here. It has a modern, athletic look without trying too hard, and it works just as well for casual wear as it does for something a bit more put together. My wife immediately noticed it—and that’s always a good sign.
The standout feature is the fabric. It’s lightweight but not flimsy, with just the right amount of structure. The stretch is excellent, and it moves naturally without feeling restrictive. It also does a great job managing heat, which is a big deal here in Arizona. Whether I’m out running errands, heading to a showing, or just wearing it around the house, it stays comfortable and breathable.
Another thing I appreciate is how versatile it is. This isn’t just a “gym hoodie” or something you only wear lounging—it genuinely fits in almost anywhere. It has that polished, performance look that makes it easy to dress up or down depending on the situation.
At roughly $40, this feels like a strong value. You’re getting a well-designed, comfortable piece that looks good and performs even better.
Final thoughts….
✔️ Extremely comfortable with a lightweight, performance feel.
✔️ Clean, modern design that looks sharp in multiple settings.
✔️ Breathable and well-suited for warmer climates like Arizona.
✔️ Great stretch and mobility without feeling too thin.
✔️ Strong value for the price point.
⭐️1 star — I don't endorse this at all, poor quality.
⭐️⭐️ 2 stars — I don't endorse it: has multiple faults, or significantly overpriced.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars — It's passable: it has some faults, some compromises, but the quality is acceptable for what it is.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars — Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars — Product that I totally endorse. Blown away. Drop everything and buy it!

M MAELREG Men’s Golf Hoodie – Lightweight Performance Pullover
Color: Grey Green, Size: Medium
This hoodie is a solid option if you’re looking for something lightweight and comfortable, especially for active wear like golf or casual outings. The material feels breathable and smooth, which makes it great for warmer weather or layering without feeling heavy.
One of the best things about this hoodie is how lightweight it is. It doesn’t weigh you down, and the dry-fit performance fabric helps keep you cool and comfortable throughout the day. It’s definitely more of a performance midlayer than a traditional thick hoodie, so don’t expect it to keep you warm in colder temperatures.
The fit is clean and athletic. If you typically wear a medium, it should fit true to size with a slightly fitted look—not too tight, but not baggy either. It works well for both casual wear and more active settings.
The texture gives it a slightly elevated look compared to basic hoodies, so you can dress it up a bit with jeans or wear it with athletic gear without it looking too plain.
Overall, this is a great lightweight hoodie for everyday use, workouts, or outdoor activities like golf. Just keep in mind it’s not designed for warmth—it’s more about comfort and performance.

Lightweight, Comfortable Hoodie That’s Great for Everyday Wear
Color: Grey Green, Size: XX-Large
This hoodie turned out to be a really solid combination of comfort, performance, and casual style. The fabric feels lightweight and breathable while still providing enough warmth for cooler mornings and evenings. I especially like how soft and stretchy it feels without being bulky.
The moisture-wicking, quick-drying material works well for workouts and outdoor activities, and it also looks clean enough for everyday casual wear. I’ve worn it to the gym, while traveling, and just around the house, and it’s been comfortable in every situation.
The subtly textured design gives it a more premium appearance than a standard hoodie, and the fit strikes a nice balance between relaxed and athletic. It layers easily with jackets or can be worn on its own with joggers or jeans.
Another big plus is the UPF protection, which makes it useful for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, or walking around in the sun.
Overall, this is a versatile, comfortable, and stylish hoodie that works great for both active and casual use. Highly recommended!

A great lightweight hoodie.
Color: Light Dark Blue Grid, Size: X-Large
Another excellent M MAELREG product. I already have some pants and jackets from M MAELREG and figured this hoodie would be great as well and I was right. It is lightweight and very comfortable while also being warm. The material is smooth and soft to the touch with a stylish look to it that would work in tthe gym, on the golf course, or out about town. I really love the hood design, not having a single hem down the center lets the hood rest more naturally on your head. It fits as expected, I would prefer it to be a couple inches longer, but that's just my personal taste. Overall, this is an excellent lightweight hoodie.
