Come Usarlo:
Pollo intero: 15–20 g/kg → massaggia uniformemente, cuoce succoso e croccante.
Cosce e ali: 12–18 g/kg → distribuisci bene sotto la pelle per massimo sapore.
Petto di pollo: 10–12 g/kg → evita di coprire troppo, il gusto rimane delicato. Suggerimento extra: Ideale anche per arrosti e cotture in forno: spennella leggermente con olio prima del rub.
