Hailing from St. Lucia—which is basically ground zero in the Caribbean for spiced rums—this is a blend of pot-and-column stilled rums, aged for around five years and infused with spices and sweetened with local fruit for an additional six months. It's a balanced spiced rum, with some nutmeg, citrus peel, and cinnamon, and a bit of bois bandé.”
