1977年にGeorge Sadueによってアメリカ・ロードアイランド州で設立され、約半世紀近く存続したコスチュームジュエリーカンパニー。
手作業で制作された同社のジュエリーはハイクオリティで、その作風は主にモダニズム、アブストラクト、クラシックに分類することができます。現在もなお特にコレクター人気が高いのは、1970-90年代に制作された作品。
