Bij deze omzetting zijn de vitaminen A, B3 en B6, en de mineralen zink en mangaan betrokken.
Baby’s en kleine kinderen kunnen taurine nog niet zelf aanmaken; voor hen is taurine een essentiële voedingsstof.
De dosering is ongeveer 100 tot 150 milligram per kilogram lichaamsgewicht per dag voor volwassenen en bij kinderen ongeveer 50 tot 75 milligram taurine per kilogram per dag.
De OSL (Observed Safe Level) voor volwassenen is berekend op 3 gram per dag.
Claims
Vitamine B3, B6, zink en mangaan dragen bij aan de normale werking van het zenuwstelsel, evenwichtigheid bij stress en is cel beschermend (antioxidant).

Silicon Valley drama with legal INSANITY

This book started very interestingly. About 30% of the way through it, I hit a lull and started reading another book for a few days. I then decided to come back and HOLY SMOKES what a ride! Lately I’ve been devouring Silicon Valley startup bios and this one seemed like an intriguing tech story. Little did I know, the amount of ups and downs, struggles for funding, and INSANE legal battles were absolutely riveting. It was very inspiring for an aspiring founder. Thanks for the awesome book! I’m the kind of reader that will leave a book unread, but this one was too good to put down! Highly recommend!
