Spot-on oplossing voor de preventie en behandeling van vlooien bij katten van minder dan 4 kg. Biedt een snelle werking tegen vlooien en vlooienlarven gedurende 4 weken.

Werkzaam bestanddeel
Elke 0,4 ml pipet bevat: 40 mg imidacloprid; 0,4 mg butylhydroxytolueen; 332,8 mg benzylalcohol.

 Indicaties
Voor de preventie en de behandeling van vlooieninfestaties bij katten van minder dan 4 kg.
Voor katten van 4 kg lichaamsgewicht en meer, gebruik Bolfo Gold 80 mg spot-on oplossing voor grote katten
Vlooien bij katten worden gedood binnen de dag na behandeling. Een éénmalige behandeling beschermt tegen een verdere vlooieninfestatie gedurende 3 tot 4 weken. Het diergeneesmiddel kan gebruikt worden als onderdeel van een behandelingsstrategie tegen vlooienallergiedermatitis. 

Contra-indicaties
Niet gebruiken bij niet gespeende kittens van minder dan 8 weken oud.
Niet gebruiken bij overgevoeligheid voor het werkzame bestanddeel of één van de hulpstoffen.

Dosering en toepassing
Bij gebruik van dit product dienen de instructies van de dierenarts opgevolgd te worden.

Herinfestatie door het opduiken van nieuwe vlooien in de omgeving kan gedurende 6 weken of langer na de aanvang van de behandeling aanhouden. Meer dan 1 behandeling kan dus noodzakelijk zijn afhankelijk van de graad van vlooien in de omgeving. Om de besmetting in de omgeving van het dier te reduceren, wordt bijkomend een behandeling van de omgeving tegen volwassen vlooien en de ontwikkelingsstadia ervan aanbevolen. 
Het diergeneesmiddel blijft werkzaam als het dier nat wordt, bijvoorbeeld na blootstelling aan hevige regen. Evenwel kan een herbehandeling noodzakelijk worden, afhankelijk van de aanwezigheid van vlooien in de omgeving. 
In die gevallen niet vaker opnieuw toedienen dan eenmaal per week. 

Toedieningsweg:
Neem een pipet uit de verpakking. Houd de pipet rechtop, draai en verwijder het dopje. Het dopje er omgekeerd weer opsteken, draaien om het zegel te verbreken en het dopje terug verwijderen.
Druk de haren op de nek van de kat ter hoogte van de schedelbasis uit elkaar totdat de huid zichtbaar wordt. Plaats de open zijde van de pipet op de huid en knijp de pipet enkele malen stevig samen om de inhoud direct op de huid te ledigen.

Aanwijzing voor een juiste toediening
Enkel voor uitwendig gebruik.
Toediening aan de schedelbasis minimaliseert de gelegenheid voor de kat om aan het diergeneesmiddel te likken.
Enkel aanbrengen op de onbeschadigde huid. Laat niet toe dat recent behandelde dieren elkaar aflikken.
