Yoga en gezondheid

Bij de asana's worden kracht, flexibiliteit, evenwichtsgevoel en spieruithoudingsvermogen getraind. A+ for their CS. Initial review was 2 stars I increased to 3 stars if these boots hold up the score will go higher.
