De Rhododendron hybride 'Germania' is een schitterende heester die behoort tot de groenblijvende haagplanten. Kies je voor deze plant, dan heb je het hele jaar door uitzicht op groen en in het voorjaar ook op vrolijk gekleurde bloemen. Rhododendron Germania planten zijn een echte aanwinst voor elke tuin!

Rhododendron planten in jouw tuin

Rhododendron planten zijn ongekend populair en kom je dan ook in menig tuin en openbare ruimte tegen. Niet zo gek, want de planten zijn zeer sterk, wintergroen en er groeien prachtige bloemen tussen de groene bladeren. Aan de Germania verschijnen in het voorjaar (mei/juni) fraaie donkerroze bloemen en de groeisnelheid bedraagt zo’n 10 tot maximaal 20 cm. per jaar. Je hoeft niet te snoeien, maar dat mag wel natuurlijk als je de heester mooi in vorm wilt houden.

De rhododendron planten doe je het beste in een zure, humusrijke grond. Gooi bij het aanplanten wat tuinturf in het plantgat om een goede groei te bevorderen. Zoek een mooi plekje in de zon of schaduw en zorg voor een waterdoorlatende bodem. Plant de heester liever niet op een plek waar het erg nat of erg droog is. Tip: combineer de Germania met anders gekleurde rhododendron planten, zoals bijvoorbeeld de rhododendron Golden Torch met geelwitte bloemen of de rhododendron Red Jack met rode bloemen.

Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
