Yoga en gezondheid

Bij de asana's worden kracht, flexibiliteit, evenwichtsgevoel en spieruithoudingsvermogen getraind. Door bijvoorbeeld de activering van spieren, pezen, ligamenten, bloed- en lymfevaten bij de asana's verbetert de doorbloeding.
