Te koop diverse gebruikte HETO paperpomachines.

2. HETO Paperpotmachine. Bouwjaar 2005. Is gereviseerd en werkt met HETO Paperpot papier. De max. snelheid is 5.000 paperpots per uur.

Werking:
Met de paperpotmachine is het mogelijk paperpots te produceren d.m.v. grond en plakvlies. De los/samenhangende stekgrond wordt aangevoerd via de vultrechter voorzien van aangedreven roerwerk. Het roerwerk zorgt voor een regelmatige aanvoer naar de venturi. Het plakvlies wordt afgerold via een rol en geleiderol en via een vouwer om een buis gevouwen. Aan de bovenzijde wordt de naad aan elkaar verlijmd met een verwarmingselement. Op deze wijze ontstaat een oneindige worst met de gewenste diameter. Gelijktijdig wordt de stekgrond aangevoerd d.m.v. perslucht door een venturi. Deze zogenaamde worst wordt doorgevoerd door prikkers en op de gewenste lengte gesneden door een sneldraaiend zelfslijpend mes.

      It's a very good product. I would recommend this toy for a heavy chewing dog. My main reasons it's not 5 stars, it's HEAVY and the eyes peeled right off. My pup really likes to throw his toys around, this thing sounds like a cannon ball that's going to go through our floor! He also tries to destroy everything so he was chewing on the eyes and he would have definitely eaten them if I wasn't paying attention. It's not a horrible thing but I obviously don't want him to eat non food things. My dog also likes the squeaker in it, but it's difficult for me to get it to squeak. That's not a big deal though just thought I should mention it. Overall especially for the price, it's a good sturdy product that's cute and it's still holding up. He's chewed parts of the softer areas off a bit, but the rest is very hard so he hasn't made much of a dent. It's also about as big as his head, so he's pretty happy with it!
