Daarnaast wordt de wol gewassen volgens het Dylan Ecosystem: er komen alleen natuurlijke, afbreekbare middelen aan te pas. Het hoogwaardige katoen voor de tijk (hoes) komt van plantages waar absoluut geen chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen Worden gebruikt. Dit wordt streng bewaakt aan de hand van eisen die zijn vastgelegd in de Gobal Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Duurzaamheid staat tot slot ook in ons eigen productieproces voorop. Tijdens de Verwerking van de katoen en wol gaat alle aandacht uit naar mens, dier en milieu
