Er zijn twee vitaminen die belangrijk zijn in verband met vitamine B12: foliumzuur en vitamine B6. Beide vitaminen werken nauw samen. Samen dragen deze drie vitaminen samen bij tot een normaal homocysteïnegehalte in het bloed.
Foliumzuur draagt bij tot de vorming van rode en witte bloedcellen. Ook vitamine B12 helpt bij de aanmaak van rode bloedlichaampjes. Vitamine B6 speelt een belangrijke rol in de stofwisseling. Het is nodig bij de afbraak en opbouw van aminozuren, de bouwstenen waaruit eiwitten zijn opgebouwd. Verder reguleert het mede de werking van bepaalde hormonen in het lichaam en is het een belangrijke stof voor de afweer, de vorming van rode bloedcellen en het zenuwstelsel.
Goedgekeurde gezondheidsclaims:
- Folaat draagt o.a. bij aan: extra energie bij vermoeidheid/moeheid, hersen- en zenuwfuncties betrokken bij het leervermogen, de aanmaak van cellen en weefsels, tot de vorming van rode en witte bloedcellen en de normale aminozuursynthese.
- Folaat heeft een positieve invloed op het immuunsysteem.
- Foliumzuursuppletie verhoogt de folaatstatus van de moeder. Een lage folaatstatus van de moeder is een risicofactor voor het ontstaan van een open ruggetje bij de zich ontwikkelende foetus. Het gunstige effect wordt verkregen bij een extra foliumzuurinname van 400 μg per dag gedurende ten minste één maand voor en maximaal drie maanden na de conceptie.
- Vitamine B6 is o.a. goed voor: cysteine aanmaak, homocysteïnemetabolisme, eiwitstofwisseling/glycogeenstofwisseling, gemoedstoestand, leerprestatie, concentratievermogen, geheugen en het zenuwstelsel.
- Vitamine B12 is o.a. goed voor: het celdelingsproces, vermoeidheid en moeheid, de energiestofwisseling, de vorming van rode bloedcellen en het zenuwstelsel.

The best patches!

These work amazingly well! I just stick one on before bed and by morning the pimple is noticeably flatter and less red. It really does what it says without any picking or irritation.
They stay on all night even if I toss and turn, which I was surprised by, and they don’t feel uncomfortable at all while sleeping. I also like that they’re thin and kind of blend into the skin, so you don’t really notice them if you wear them during the day either. Super simple, effective, and way less stressful than dealing with breakouts the usual way. They fit well and the size is great, really absorbs all the yuck from a pimple. A great value for money!
