Het wijnhuis Kuehn is gelegen in Ammerschwihr, iets te noorden van Colmar. Het terroir is hier uitermate goed geschikt voor het aanplanten van Gewurtztraminer. Daarnaast zorgt het zonnige en droge klimaat ervoor dat deze koningsdruif excellent rijpt op de wijnvelden. Gewurtztraminer komt in verschillende maten voor. De variant van Kuehn is verfijnd en droof. Dit komt voornamelijk om de druiven worden vergist op roestvrijstaal.
