Dit samenlevingscontract van Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc en Pinot Gris, met de hand geplukt, spontaan samen gefermenteerd in houten vaten, houdt het goed met elkaar uit. De typische Bourgondische neus wordt gedomineerd door peren, wilde kruiden, rijp geel steenfruit, wat lichte rokerigheid. It’s his favorite toy (and honestly, mine too, it keeps him so entertained and it holds up wonderfully).
