Een taalontwikkelingsstoornis (TOS) is een hardnekkige stoornis die vaak niet over zal gaan. Kinderen en jongeren met een TOS zullen dan ook moeten leren om te gaan met hun taalproblemen. Het is van belang om al op relatief jonge leeftijd te gaan werken aan het vergroten van de communicatieve redzaamheid van kinderen. Het startpakket ik red mezelf wel! bestaat uit een handleiding en vijf cursussen waarmee de communicatieve redzaamheid van kinderen met een TOS in de leeftijd van 9 tot 12 jaar gestimuleerd kan worden (Woordenschat, Woordvinding, Vertellen 1 en 2, Spreekbeurt, Hoe zeg ik het?, Taalbegrip: luisteren en lezen en Verstaanbaarheid).

Dit startpakket is bedoeld voor logopedistes die het, al dan niet in combinatie met logopedische remediërende behandelingen, kunnen gebruiken om de communicatieve redzaamheid van kinderen met een TOS te vergroten.

Deze cursussen logopedie zijn bedoeld voor groep 6 t/m 8.

Pros: Can be used with one hand. I bought this to have after surgery that left me without use of one arm for a few months. The light blinks when you need to charge it. Only needs a 2-3 min charge for enough juice to open a can. Cons: IT QUIT CUTTING CORRECTLY AFTER 4 MONTHS. I now have to use both hands to hold it in place to get it to latch on to the can. It also requires a few rotations around the top to cut through the seal, resulting in METAL SHARDS! The metal shards are super sharp and almost invisible. I stabbed myself with one enough to draw blood. This is dangerous as the metal could fall into the food when pouring from the can.
