In de neus citroen- en limoenschil, gecombineerd met fijne floralieit.  In de mond mooi  gestructureerd met aroma's van kumquat en appel. Mooie aciditeit die perfect in balans is met de volle textuur en frisse fruitaroma's. Complexe citrustonen en mineraliteit in de lange lange afdronk.

Qua vinificatie een totaal andere benadering dan de Rotliegend Riesling:
Volle fruitige riesling, romig en zijdezacht (omwille van de gehanteerde wijntechnieken zoals bâtonnage, lang liggend sur lie,...). Hierdoor zeer toegankelijk en ook appreciëerbaar door niet Riesling-liefhebbers. Een schot in de roos !

Om op zichzelf te drinken en ook zeer breed culinair inzetbaar, waaronder vis- en wit vleesgerechten met saus.
