Whether you’re keeping your rig assembled between nights at a star party or pausing while weather passes through, this lightweight, packable cover offers reliable short-term protection from dew, dust, light rain, and sun exposure.
Made from aluminum-laminated fabric, the silver outer layer reflects sunlight to keep your equipment cool during the day and insulated at night, helping maintain a stable internal temperature. Inside, the soft 210D polyester lining adds a protective barrier for your telescope’s finish. A built-in cinch-style drawstring lets you secure the cover in place. Depending on your setup, you can adjust the height of the cover for a customized fit—blocking out wind, dust, and light moisture while keeping everything protected and stable.
The Weatherproof Telescope Cover is designed with portability in mind. Weighing just 1.34 lb., it’s light enough to take anywhere without adding bulk to your gear. When not in use, the cover folds down to a compact size, making it easy to store in a gear bag, vehicle, or observatory drawer. After time in the field, it’s easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth or mild soap and water—no special care required.
