6g Citrulline, NO3-T® Nitrates, Stim-Free Focused Pumps

ARN Daily Pump Stim Free is a straightforward stim-free pre-workout that focuses on getting you pumped, helping you last longer in tough sessions, and sharpening your focus without any caffeine. That's key because a lot of pump products are just fancy flavors with tiny doses of nitric oxide boosters, or they sneak in stimulants even if you train late or stack with other stuff. This one keeps it clean: full label with exact doses, no hidden blends, and real doses of the good stuff for pumps and performance.

At the core is 6,000mg of L-citrulline, right in the 6-8g range that studies show works. Citrulline beats straight arginine for boosting blood arginine levels since it skips the gut breakdown and turns into arginine in your kidneys. That ramps up nitric oxide, which widens blood vessels for better flow. You'll notice fuller muscles, more nutrients getting to them during lifts, and that lasting swollen feel from a good pump product. Plus, it helps clear out ammonia buildup from hard training, which can make you tired.

There's 3,200mg of beta-alanine, the standard dose that builds up carnosine in your muscles over time. This isn't for instant pumps; it's for long-term gains. With regular use, more carnosine helps fight the acid buildup in intense sets, so that burning feeling hits later. You feel it most in back-to-back hard reps, high-rep lifts, supersets, or volume-heavy workouts.

The nitrate arm of the formula comes from 2,500mg of betaine nitrate as NO3-T®. This is one of the stronger formulation choices in the pro

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg L-Citrulline — this hits the full dose range that actually works, not the skimpy 3g you see in weak pump stuff. It boosts arginine better than taking arginine directly, cranking up nitric oxide for real blood vessel widening, fuller muscles, and solid flow during your workout.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the go-to daily dose that stacks up carnosine in your muscles over time. Carnosine fights off the acid from tough sets, so you can grind out more reps in hard workouts, supersets, or big volume days once it's built up.
  • 2,500mg Betaine Nitrate as NO3-T® — a top-shelf nitrate that adds a second way to boost nitric oxide beyond just citrulline. Hitting pumps from two angles like this is smart because nitrates and citrulline work differently, giving you a bigger, more reliable pump.
  • Cognizin® Citicoline at 250mg — makes this more than a basic pump mix; it helps with brain stuff like acetylcholine for sharper focus and better feel for the muscle you're working. Super handy in a stim-free setup where you might miss that mental edge.
  • 250mg Pine Bark Extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins — a strong add-on for blood vessel support that pairs great with the nitric oxide boosters. The polyphenols in it help your veins work better, making the whole pump feel more complete without just dumping in more aminos.
  • 50mg KannaEase™ — a cool touch for folks who want a chill, fun vibe before lifting without stims. It dials in a smoother mood and better flow, keeping things controlled instead of hyped-up.
  • Fully disclosed label — every ingredient's dose is right there, so you can check it against what the studies say instead of wondering what's in a mystery blend. In pre-workouts, that honesty still sets it apart.
  • Stim-free by design — perfect for night workouts, cutting back on caffeine, or adding your own stims like coffee. You get real pre-workout benefits without being stuck with caffeine every session.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys and gals who've been lifting a bit, doing big volume hypertrophy stuff who want quality pumps, that muscle connection, and strong output all session. The 6g citrulline and 2.5g betaine nitrate combo delivers full muscles and flow, with 3.2g beta-alanine helping those repeated grinds.
  • Evening gym folks who need pre benefits without sleep-killing stims. Gives vasodilation, staying power, and sharp focus from Cognizin® and KannaEase™ minus the buzz that hangs around.
  • People who get caffeine from other spots like drinks or another pre, wanting a stackable pump option. No caffeine here means you control when and how much you add.
  • Strength builders in build-up phases needing more than looks. Citrulline and nitrates help flow in packed sessions, beta-alanine keeps you going when fatigue piles up from sets and extras.
  • Folks who can't stand the wired, anxious pre vibe but still want to feel pumped and something in the gym. Shifts to full muscles, steady pace, and chill focus over pounding heart.
  • Cross-trainers with supersets, circuits, and quick rests where muscle burn limits you. That full 3.2g beta-alanine daily makes sense when acid buildup cuts things short.

How to Use

Mix 2 scoops in 10-16 oz water and sip 20-30 minutes pre-lift. That lets the fast actors like L-citrulline, nitrates, pine bark, and focus helpers start boosting flow and readiness before you dive in. If beta-alanine tingles are new or bug you, try 1 scoop first to test, but it's made for the full 2. Shake it — aminos and nitrates dissolve way better. Cold water tastes best. Empty stomach speeds it up, but eating light an hour or so before is cool too. Stack with coffee, caffeine pills, creatine, electrolytes, or carbs based on what you need. Do it daily for beta-alanine's buildup effect. No need to cycle for stim reasons, though some rotate mood stuff now and then. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to avoid clumps.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: mostly just the taste and hydration, maybe early beta-alanine tingles if you're prone to them. 10-20 minutes: it starts feeling real, with a gentle shift to better vibe and readiness, no big rush. 20-40 minutes: prime time to start lifting, when citrulline, nitrates, and focus stuff deliver fuller pumps, better flow, and locked-in reps. 40-90 minutes: pumps hold up if your workout keeps them going, without that stim drop-off. Days 1-7: you get the quick blood flow and focus right away, tingles possible from day one. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine shines as carnosine builds, making intense reps easier to handle before burn stops you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in ARN Daily Pump Stim Free?

Based on the verified active formula provided, there is no caffeine listed in the performance panel. This product is positioned as a stim-free pre-workout, meaning it is designed to deliver pumps, endurance support, and focus without stimulant-driven energy.

Is 6,000mg of L-citrulline enough to actually feel?

Yes. 6g is the low end of the clinically supported 6-8g range for L-citrulline and is substantially more meaningful than the 3-4g doses commonly seen in weaker pump products. At this amount, it is properly positioned to increase arginine availability and support nitric oxide-driven blood flow.

Why does this formula use both citrulline and betaine nitrate?

Because they support nitric oxide through different pathways. Citrulline works by increasing arginine for eNOS-mediated nitric oxide production, while nitrates can be reduced through the nitrate-nitrite-NO pathway, creating a broader and often more noticeable pump strategy than using one pathway alone.

What does the 3,200mg beta-alanine actually do in a pump product?

Beta-alanine is here for performance, not just pump. At 3.2g daily, it supports muscle carnosine loading over time, which helps buffer acidity during hard training and can delay the burn that makes repeated high-intensity sets fall apart.

Will this make me tingle?

Possibly. The 3.2g beta-alanine dose is enough for many users to feel paresthesia, the harmless tingling sensation commonly associated with beta-alanine. It is not dangerous for most healthy users, but it can be noticeable if you are new to the ingredient.

Is 250mg of Cognizin® enough for focus?

It is a useful pre-workout dose, though below the more common 500-2,000mg standalone cognitive range. In this context, 250mg is best viewed as a meaningful enhancement to workout focus and mind-muscle connection rather than a full nootropic serving by itself.

Can I stack ARN Daily Pump Stim Free with coffee or a stimulant pre-workout?

Yes, that is one of the biggest advantages of a stim-free formula. Because the panel is built around pump, endurance, and focus support rather than caffeine, you can layer in coffee or a separate stimulant product if you want more energy on certain training days.

Do I need to take this every day or just before workouts?

You can use it pre-workout for the immediate pump and focus effects, but daily use is the better strategy if you want the full value of the beta-alanine. Beta-alanine works by progressively increasing muscle carnosine levels, which happens over weeks of consistent intake.

Is this a fully transparent label?

Yes. The active ingredients are fully disclosed with exact doses, and there is no proprietary blend hiding ingredient amounts. That transparency makes it much easier to judge the formula against published research.

What are the inactive ingredients?

The provided inactive ingredients are citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, and blue spirulina for color. If you are sensitive to sweeteners or flavoring systems, review those before use.

Stick Dog Rocks - From A Grateful Mother
My son has struggled with learning to read and therefore is a very reluctant reader. Stick Dog was the first book he read all on his own, of his own accord and motivation. He was so proud to be able to do it, and I loved hearing him giggle as he read about the silly plans the dogs concocted. Tom Watson has a perfect formula for the 7-10 year-old child - the writing is accessible, yet still smart, and the humor is silly, but not over-the-top, and it's not loaded with inappropriate language (thank you!). When the second book in the series came out, my son was so excited he carried it everywhere and literally slept with the book. I've since recommended it to other mothers for their reluctant readers, and the response has been the same - it's the first book that many of them have taken the initiative to read on their own (girls and boys), and they also love it. I've also recommended it to several bookstores and schools as a great read for kids in this age group. Please, please, please, write more Stick Dog books - and soon!

A Sure Favorite
What's not to like about Stick Dog. This book is in full color and has a bonus chapter. I wish all of the Stick Dog and Stick Cat books were in full color. As with all of the books, the pages are lined giving the appearance of notebook paper. The lines really help a kiddo with dyslexia follow along better.

Good, Silly, Doggy, Reading Fun!
Format: Hardcover
I've read all three of the Stick Dog books to my class and they've loved every one! Someone always has them at their desk now. This is a fun, easy to read story that's 140+ pages of some stray dogs plotting to get some hamburgers. The font is huge and the story is littered with illustrations so each page has at most four paragraphs, so not very daunting if you have a reluctant reader. The author's tone makes it easily accessible too. He talks to kids at their level, never down to them, and even manages to sneak in some higher level vocabulary in there at times! This book and its sequels could be the ones to turn any reluctant readers in your life into book hounds!

A Book About Friendship, Gumption and Happiness
Format: Hardcover
This book is an enthusiastic and inspired combination of stick drawings, challenging vocabulary, cheerful wordplay and shaggy dog, (literally), adventures. There is a tremendous sense of happy camaraderie among the doggy characters. The drawing is intentionally amateurish; the dogs are stick figures. Except there's more going on here than you might imagine, and the author manages to fit a considerable amount of expression and personality into the drawings. You get a sort of "less is more" vibe, and the young reader is drawn into paying more attention to the writing. That said, the simple drawings clearly illustrate what's being related in the text and so end up being amusing and helpful. Let's hear it for stick drawings. Think Picasso, but with more tails. The vocabulary is at a high but fair level - one dog doesn't speak to another, he "addresses" him. That's not outlandish, but it represents a real step up in the level of sophistication of the writing. The overall effect is that this is a book that encourages a young reader, ever so gently, to step up his or her game in terms of reading confidence and ability. Pretty nice for a stick figure dog story. There is word play and a great deal of clever conversation. But, there's also just a lot of silly, engaging dog stuff. The dogs tease each other, compliment each other, and play with each other. They have adventures, meet other animals, and explore things. There are set pieces, but a lot of the action just involves Stick Dog's bemused management of this gang of knuckleheads. The upshot is that the book is funny, calm and welcoming. It is sneaky in that it has charms that are not immediately evident, but that become clear as you read it. It's sort of like a stray dog that works its way into your home, (like Stick Dog himself). How cool is that.

We love this book!
Format: Hardcover
My son and I originally found this book together for free on Nook and Kindle. We read it together, and it is hilarious! I loved it as much as he did. He loved it so much, he wanted an actual print copy he could take to school. We are also planning to buy another one to donate to his school library, and he has convinced several of his friends to buy it at their school book fair. If you have a kid in k-5, get this book. It is a cute story, but smart, too. Very funny! Tom Watson doesn't talk down to his readers, but writes in a way that lets them be in on the joke, too.
