As an artist constantly looking for inspiration I usually turn to my surroundings to get inspired. Whether it’s the environment/place I’m in, the way objects can be stacked on top of one another, or the book I can’t seem to put down, there’s beauty in every aspect of life and its my passion to discover the beauty that is unseen at first glance.
I have found through acrylic paint I can fully communicate my aesthetic to the audience. Since the texture of the paint is fluid and holds no shape, it allows me to take control and create the soft, minimal feel. I can easily take the paint brush and smooth out the paint for an even finish and it enables me to create the fine lines.
