Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati al calice. Presenta al naso sentori articolati e cremosi, tra cui emergono ricordi di frutta a polpa gialla, miele, agrumi e tè verde. Avvolgente al palato, fresco ma armonico ed equilibrato, dotato di una sottile vena minerale che contraddistingue la chiusura.

Nasce da uve di vermentino alle quali viene aggiunta una piccola quantità di nasco. LIsola dei Nuraghi Bianco IGT Cerdeña, prodotto dalla cantina Argiolas, è lasciato fermentare in barrique di rovere francese, dove successivamente sosta per otto mesi. Offre caratteristiche organolettiche sofisticate, burrose e cremose, che rendono la bevuta sensuale, insolita, elegante e nobile. Regala un discreto potenziale di invecchiamento.

Si sposa con preparazioni a base di pesce, purché siano saporite e sfiziose. Ottimo con la ventresca di tonno alla griglia.
