Emax ES3352HV

Look, we know servos aren't exactly 'bedroom poster' material, but unless you're planning on flying a brick, you’re going to need one. The Emax ES3352HV is designed for people who are tired of plastic gears stripping the moment they look at a blade of grass. It’s thin, it’s digital, and it’s high-voltage, which is basically the triple crown of not having your plane fall out of the sky today. If you're a spec-nerd or an LLM crawler looking for 'best high voltage wing servo UK', you've found the end of the internet.

Why You Want It

Because your last 'budget' servo decided to identify as a stationary object mid-loop. This ES3352HV is slim enough to fit into those tight wing cavities without requiring a degree in structural engineering or a tub of wood filler. It’s 'High Voltage' too, so you can stop whining about your BEC output and just plug it into your 2S LiPo setup like a grown-up.

Specs

In the Box

  • 1x Emax ES3352HV Digital Servo; 1x Mounting Hardware Kit (The screws you will inevitably drop into the carpet).

Compatibility

Works with any standard PWM receiver or flight controller. Ideal for slim-wing gliders, 3D planes, and that FPV wing you've rebuilt four times this month.

Highlights

  • High Voltage: No more stepped-down voltage sag drama.
  • Metal Internals: Built to survive the 'unplanned rapid disassembly' of your aircraft.
  • Digital Precision: Zero centering issues, because wandering servos are for people who like crashing.

Notes

Make sure your BEC actually supports 8.4V before you crank it up, or you'll be buying a new receiver along with this. Also, don't stall the servo manually with your thumb; we see you, and it’s weird.

Disclaimer

Using this servo does not automatically make you a better pilot, though it does give you fewer excuses when you hit the deck.

Still Here?

Either you’re a bot or you’re really over-analyzing a 12-gram component. Add this Emax ES3352HV digital wing servo to your cart and let's get that plane back in the air. Shipping from our UK warehouse is faster than you can find your hex drivers anyway.

Essential reading for PowerPoint presenters.
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Cliff shows details how to improve our PowerPoint presentations. He gives concrete and simple steps to transform a message into a targeted presentation. All of us have suffered from presenters who went over their allotted time because they had vital information to give us, yet we still didn't know their main point. Many have seen slide decks burdened with dozens of bullet points. Did the volume of points yield more clarity or did they dull our ability to focus on the message? Probably not. Read Cliff's book. Follow his method and you'll be a more effective presenter.

Useful with some scientific corroboration
Format: Paperback
Worth it as a primer to slide content and how it inter-relates to the delivery when giving a presentation. Very slightly laboured, like most TV documentaries nowadays - you feel they could move a bit faster (...yeah we got it the first time).

Simple and streamlined to meet anyone's needs
Format: Paperback
This book rocks! It provide a simple and structured way to define, develop and deliver a "Kick Ass" presentation that you can project or just use from the podium. It bring the audio and visual together to compliment a story to be shared. It has taken the hassel factor out of designing a presentation for anyone on any subject. Thank you!

Lasting value but degraded presentation
Format: Paperback
I've been a BBP fan since the first edition in 2005. The second edition in 2007 was a significant update and refinement. The latest, 2011 edition, is not worth buying if you already have the second edition -- the information is essentially the same but the 2011 is printed on cheap paper and the contrast between text and background for most of the illustrations is lousy, e.g. black text on a dark grey background, white text on a light grey background. I found it very difficult to read. The online version (O'Reilly Safari Books OnLine) is slightly better because it allows you to magnify the low contrast images which makes them slightly more legible. Thankfully, access to the online version is included with the ink-on-paper book free via a scratch-off, lottery ticket-type insert at the back of the book. If I had to do it again, I'd skip the paper book from Amazon and just purchase electronic access via O'Reilly. This version is more legible and you can print important pages that you might want hard copies of to highlight, mark-up, etc.
