The unit features a stainless steel top with openings for twelve 1/6-size pans (included) and a removable cutting board for convenient food prep. Two epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves provide flexible storage, while easy-grip door handles enhance usability.

Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a consistent temperature range of 32–40°F, keeping ingredients fresh and safe. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes allow for mobility and stability in busy kitchen environments.
