Delta-Cast Elite has been designed with ease of application and patient comfort in mind. This fiberglass-free casting material combines strength and rigidity with soft edges for enhanced patient comfort. Delta-Cast Elite has a patented polyester substrate featuring extensible yarns that easily shape to body contours, providing enhanced moulding capabilities.

Environmentally friendly Delta-Cast Elite produces less dust during cast removal. The resin formulation allows for application using standard examination gloves, while also providing consistent unrolling tension and secure lamination. Sold in a box of 10 Rolls. New Delta-Lite Plus, Delta-Cast Elite and Delta-Dry water resistant casting products launched by BSN assist patients in continuing normal routines at home and at work without having to worry about keeping their cast dry.

                                                                                                I love these because they don't go flat. You can pull out whatever you need to make them comfy for you. They come in two different layers. So you have that protective cover over the main case that holds the memory foam. They're amazing to sleep on. I have had these last for years without going flat. If you hate flat pillows this is the way to go. They are very easy to wash. You just have to separate layers. They are very thick, you can adjust the thickness. Everyone in my house has at least one. They are worth the money. I have never had to replace them, because they went flat.
