In these instances, your order will be replaced with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value, selected from the freshest fish available at the time of packing.

While we aim to maintain a reliable selection, changing market conditions may sometimes affect the specific fish supplied. On rare occasions, frozen fish may be included and could arrive partially defrosted. Where possible, we will match the ordered species, however a similar species or a different portion size may be provided when necessary.
