Athlete-grade vitamins with strong B's and minerals to keep you going

Mutant Multi Athlete's Vitamin is a straightforward multi geared toward performance, focusing on the micronutrients athletes use up quick, with a bit extra for metabolism. No fancy branded stuff here—it's a no-nonsense vitamin and mineral base in tablet form, covering training stress, energy, immune health, and bone support.

The vitamins are the heart of it. You get 3000 mcg RAE of vitamin A as palmitate—that's a big dose of ready-to-use vitamin A. It helps with vision, skin health, and your immune system, but it's at the max safe level for adults, so don't stack it with other high-vitamin-A supps. Vitamin C is at 180 mg as ascorbic acid, a good amount for fighting oxidation and supporting collagen in your tissues. Vitamin D comes in at 25 mcg as ergocalciferol. That's a solid daily hit, but heads up: this is D2, which isn't as effective as D3 for keeping your vitamin D levels up. Vitamin E at 20 mg as succinate and vitamin K1 at 80 mcg wrap up the fat-soluble vitamins, helping with antioxidant protection and normal blood clotting plus bone health.

The B vitamins are pumped up to feel like a real athlete multi, not some basic one. Thiamin 3.3 mg, riboflavin 3.4 mg, niacin 40 mg, vitamin B6 6 mg, folate 1000 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 15 mcg, biotin 300 mcg, and pantothenic acid 12 mg all team up to handle how your body breaks down carbs, fats, and proteins. In everyday terms, they help convert your meals into energy you can use, plus support red blood cells, methylation (a process for cell function), and nerves. You won't get a buzz from B vitamins, but stick with it and they keep your metabolism reliable.

Key Highlights

  • 3000 mcg RAE vitamin A as palmitate packs a real punch for immune health, vision, and skin support. This isn't a weak add-in—it's a hefty dose that's great for coverage, but watch it if you're getting vitamin A from other stuff.
  • 180 mg vitamin C gives you solid antioxidant power and helps with collagen for tissue repair, especially when training beats you up. It's a smart daily amount that boosts immune and recovery without overdoing it.
  • 25 mcg vitamin D chips in for bone strength, immune function, and muscle work. The dose is decent, but it's ergocalciferol (D2), which isn't as good as D3 for getting your levels right.
  • 80 mcg vitamin K1 teams up with calcium and vitamin D for bone health and normal blood clotting. In a multi like this, it makes the mineral support feel more complete instead of tacked on.
  • The B vitamins are way above basic levels: thiamin 3.3 mg, riboflavin 3.4 mg, niacin 40 mg, B6 6 mg, folate 1000 mcg DFE, and B12 15 mcg. For athletes, that's key because they act as helpers in turning food into energy from carbs, fats, and protein.
  • 25 mg zinc is a killer dose for a daily multi. Zinc boosts immune function, enzymes, and recovery, making it super relevant for athletes dealing with tough workouts.
  • 110 mcg selenium amps up the antioxidant minerals. It helps with proteins that balance oxidation and thyroid function, which is big during heavy training.
  • 120 mg magnesium from oxide and bisglycinate helps with muscle work, nerve signals, and mineral balance. It's not a full mag supp, but it's a good chunk compared to skimpy multis.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters hitting 4-6 days a week who have pre, protein, and creatine down but know their micros vary. This gives broad coverage with strong B's, zinc, selenium, and vitamin C to support recovery and immune during heavy phases.
  • Athletes cutting for looks who eat less and skip variety. This multi covers common misses in B's, zinc, magnesium, iodine, and selenium when calories are low and food matters more.
  • Team or fight athletes sweating often, training all year, stressing bones, muscles, and immune. Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C help with tissue and recovery when sessions pile up.
  • Pros who train hard around work and don't want complex stacks. Two tabs a day is simple nutrition without stims, mixing, or timing hassle.
  • Strength folks on high-protein eats who want backup for energy and enzymes. The B doses are solid, fitting for efficient macro use in performance and recovery.
  • People with okay diets wanting an athlete-style multi over basic store stuff. This has better zinc, selenium, chromium, and B coverage than many generics.

How to Use

Take 2 tablets once a day with a meal and water. Go for a meal with fat since vitamins A, D, E, and K soak up better that way. If multis upset your gut, don't take empty and maybe split between meals. No need to time it for workouts—it's for daily support, not quick boosts. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, electrolytes, and any pre because no caffeine clash. Watch stacking extra vitamin A, zinc, vitamin D, or other multis—this has solid doses already. Aim for daily use—no cycling needed for a multi. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed to maintain the tabs.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: No energy rush—this isn't a stim product. With food, most feel nothing; empty, some get a bit of stomach weight from minerals or niacin. Days 1-7: It's like insurance, quietly boosting vitamins and minerals your diet might skip. Weeks 2-4: That's when steady use pays off, with B's, zinc, selenium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D giving reliable support during tough training, cuts, or busy times. Long-term, it's not a high but a steady base for energy, immune, and minerals. Judge it by how it fills gaps, not instant feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Mutant Multi Athlete's Vitamin?

It is a daily athlete-focused multivitamin in tablet form. The formula centers on broad micronutrient coverage, with a strong B-complex, 25 mg zinc, 110 mcg selenium, 120 mg magnesium, 220 mg calcium, and 25 mcg vitamin D to support energy metabolism, immune function, and bone-mineral needs.

How many tablets do I take per day?

The serving size is 2 tablets daily, which provides 30 servings per bottle. Taking both tablets with a meal is the most practical approach for absorption and stomach comfort.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. This formula is stim-free and designed for daily nutritional support, so its benefits are cumulative rather than immediately noticeable. The value is in consistent coverage of vitamins and minerals that support training, recovery, and overall resilience.

Is the vitamin D form in this product D3?

No. The label lists 25 mcg of vitamin D as ergocalciferol, which is vitamin D2. That still contributes useful intake, but D3 is generally considered the preferred form for raising and maintaining vitamin D status.

Is the zinc dose in this formula meaningful?

Yes. At 25 mg, zinc is one of the strongest athlete-relevant inclusions in the formula. That is a robust amount for a daily multivitamin and supports immune function, enzyme activity, and recovery-related physiology.

Does this product contain any underdosed extras?

Yes. Cinnamon at 25 mg, inositol at 10 mg, and choline at 4 mg are not present at doses likely to drive major standalone effects. The real strength of the formula is the vitamin and mineral panel, not those add-on ingredients.

Can I stack this with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. This product contains no stimulants, so it stacks cleanly with creatine, protein, electrolytes, and both caffeinated and stimulant-free pre-workouts. Just be mindful of stacking with other multivitamins or additional vitamin A, zinc, or vitamin D products.

Should I take this with food?

Yes. Taking it with food improves tolerance for minerals and niacin and supports absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. A meal with some dietary fat is ideal.

Is this a fully transparent formula?

The verified vitamin and mineral doses are disclosed clearly, which is the most important part of the formula. However, metadata indicates a proprietary blend may also be present elsewhere in the product, so overall transparency is good but not perfect.

Who should be careful with this formula?

Pregnant or nursing women, people taking blood thinners, those with thyroid conditions, and anyone already using high-dose vitamin A products should consult a healthcare professional before use. The formula includes 3000 mcg RAE vitamin A, 80 mcg vitamin K1, and 150 mcg iodine, which are all relevant in those situations.

Great For Battery Chargers On a Shelf!
Love this power strip, had it for probably a year plus now abs works great! The sole reason I purchased this item was so I can select what stays on and what gets turned off. I have this in my utility room and the sole purpose is to plug in battery chargers and to be able to turn off those battery chargers and leave the charger sitting there with the battery in the charger with no power. There is a light that tells you when a product is on and when a product is off . Example: I have AA&AAA battery charger, Ryobi leaf blower charger, Ryobi edger charger and any other charger I want. I have a night light plugged into it because angle allows that. The strip also has a USB that I use for a rechargeable Dremel used for dog nails or toy could use it for cell phone etc. My Flying Pig Grooming Dryer is attached and used with this strip as well. I have had no tripping issues with this power strip but I do keep in mind one high power items such as my grooming dryer at a time. I have a different company's power strip in my room just for you ladies it hidden behind a mirror and you can keep all your appliances plugged in and cell phones with the option of turning them all off with a button, cutting off power. This is an easy to reach power cord great for putting on a shelf. I am not sure how well it would work behind furniture due to the angle of the plugs. This worked with no issues and I would recommend this and purchase again. Now I am not concerned about saving items due to power surges with this power strip, I have strips that cost a lot of money a lifetime guarantee for those high end electronics like computers TV sets Etc

Good setup
This has been super useful and functional, I recommend it as it’s a nice way to keep your setup organized, I enjoy having the on and off switches go each outlet, only call out would be the buttons light up when on to show they are on and they are quite bright, so take note of it, it catches me off guard sometimes when I forget they light up and I turn my lights off, but it’s easier to keep in mind what I have charging. The speed of charging is good, the amount of plugs is a fair amount, I plug in my head phones, phone, watch, power bank and monitor. Then there’s the two usb as well as 2 usbc ports, it’s very convenient. It held up well it’s definitely good quality.

Thoroughly enjoy this product and will purchase again
I purchased two of these at different times. I really like this item. I like the idea that I could shut off some of the switches that I really don’t need. I have one set up in the guest room for when we have company they can turn on whatever plugs they need. I’ll always have alarm clocks lamps telephone jacks hooked up, but all the switches are turned off so it doesn’t waste electricity. (that’s my theory anyway.) I purchased a second one to go beside my chair in my living room I don’t need that many outlets at all times but occasionally I do and I enjoy again like having the opportunity to shut off any outlets that I’m not needing at the time it seems to me it’s a good power saver and I do like the USB ports everything fits and it’s perfectly organized and it’s great quality surge protector and durability. I hope this review assist you in anyway and I will probably come back and purchase a third one for another room once I get that room cleaned out Truth Hurts on it, but that was my testimony.. This is my honest review in my opinion I hope it’s able to help you make your decision. I personally don’t think you would go wrong but I don’t know what you’re plugging into the outlet so I think that makes a bit different. I just use it for lamps and telephone jacks or small items I don’t use anything. It pulls a lot of voltage. . Y’all take care of yourselves be kind to one another and go see your parents or your grandparents or a family member if anything else pick up the phone and tell them hello and you were thinking about Let’s spread love, not hate

Has a ton of quality of life features!
These are one of those products that makes you go "why doesn't anyone else do this"? First off, the 45 degree(ish) angle that the outlets are at. Since a lot of outlet adapter plugs can be plugged in upside down, the angle of the outlet helps considerably for semi-tight spaces. While also still having room to turn the individual outlets on and off. The width spacing is also considerably large so those beefy power bricks won't overlap/block-off other outlets. Secondly, the prior-mentioned outlet on and off switches. Each individual AC outlet has its own on/off switch. So if I have a lamp that always needs to be plugged in, I can leave that on. If I have a USB C adapter brick to charge my phone, I can turn that off when its not in use. Without needing to turn off the lamp's outlet in the process. Thirdly, the always on USB A (the rectangular USB outlets), and the USB C ports to the top side of the outlet. Please note that the USB C ports are about 20 watts. So while it can TECHNICALLY charge a laptop, its best used to passively charge a laptop when it isn't being used. Not while actively using a laptop. Since even moderately efficient laptops can draw watts well into the 40's range. That aside, when used within their intended watt ranges, they're extremely convenient to have in addition to everything else. I generally use them to charge things like power banks. Possibly low powered USB C devices like a Nintendo Switch or even a GPD microPC which draws 15 or so watts while in use. So while the ports aren't the highest in terms of watts, there's times of many where I didn't care how many watts a port had, I just needed a USB port period. Fourth wise, the safety protections. If you somehow manage to overload this outlet, it can cut off its own power. It can be "reset" by pressing the red button to the side. Fifthly, the actual plug to plug the power outlet into a wall or in my case a UPS machine, is insanely flat. With the cord being at a 45 or so degree angle. So even if its on a top outlet, it probably won't block off most plugs from using the bottom outlet. Sixth and finally (at least from what I remember off the top of my head 😂), the wire that connects the power outlet to your power source is really flat and easy to manage. All of these traits makes it one of the least contentious things anybody can buy. Its just a straight up quality of life improvement. If I ever need more power outlets, I know which one to double dip on!
