Perfect fit in the Airsoftphilosopher hop-up window

Having a high-quality, properly cut inner barrel inside your airsoft replica is important, but even more important is their compatibility with each other. If the cut does not perfectly match the hop-up window of the barrel, or if the chamber applies downward pressure in the wrong place, the hop-up bucking cannot reach its full potential.

That is why we carefully design our products to achieve the best possible results when used in the correct setup.

As shown in the image, the patch covers the entire length of the window, while still leaving a small gap so the patch can move up and down without tension. Even the barrel edges are chamfered for longer service life and sufficient space for downward movement.

Designed for Maximum Performance

The concave bucking is designed to reach the physical limits of accuracy and range. It provides a 6.6 mm long contact patch to perfectly guide the BB and apply precise backspin.

The best results are achieved with the Airsoftphilosopher VSR chamber or the Maxx Model AEG chamber with a concave nub.

Note: Most chambers are not designed for large hop-up windows and bridged barrels. Make sure that the hop-up arm and nub apply pressure in the correct position.

Perfect air seal

Each hop-up bucking has two main tasks:
Applying perfect hop and providing an air seal.

Therefore, the feeding lip of the Airsoftphilosopher concave bucking is tighter than other buckings to provide a perfect air seal. The special design reduces feeding issues.

Additional 3D printing on the exterior improves the tight fit inside the chamber.
(Each chamber has slightly different dimensions, so if the air seal is not optimal with your chamber, wrap one or two layers of Teflon tape around the outside.)

Specially developed material

The durable silicone rubber is designed to create perfect friction between the BB and the bucking. The large contact area of the patch allows you to use a very soft bucking that creates a perfect air seal and is still capable of lifting heavier BBs.

Due to the special compound, the silicone rubber has greater compression stability and reliably returns to its original position even after prolonged use.

Polished surface

Each bucking features a polished surface to provide maximum tolerance and consistency.

Format: Paperback
A quick but thoughtful read. This book is great to share with friends and an excellent conversation starter without being exactly political, in the negative sense of the word. Inspires constructive conversation regardless of your background.

It's How Wars End That Become Important Afterward
Format: Paperback
The twentiety century taught us a lot about wars and how they end. World War I showed us that making strong demands on the defeated (who didn't admit defeat to their own people) set the stage for the next big war. World War II was fought until the Unconditional Surrender of the Germans and Japanese. Something that thinkers still debate as having made them fight all that harder. VietNam was fought with no clear end in sight, and "another VietNam" entered our language. The first Gulf War was ended when Colin Powell and Bush II debated how to end the war. They stopped before they had to go in and see what the Sunni's, Shiite's and Kurds made of the power vacuum left by the removal of Saddam would have created. Bush II is learning about this now. This is the second revised edition of this book, originally published in 1971 and then updated in 1991 and now 2005 to reflect happenings in new wars. Still some of the old wars had interesting insights that I didn't know before, such as how Finland, originally on Germany's side against Russia, made a peace with Russia and kicked the Germans out before they became a Russian province. Great Book.

Complementary readings
Format: Paperback
There are already three good reviews so I will only suggest reading the following books instead of, or in addition to, this peculiar work: a) "War in human civilization" by Azar Gat; b) "War before Civilization. The Myth of the Peaceful Savage", by Lawrence Keeley; c) "How War Began" by Keith F. Otterbein; d) "War and Peace and War: The Rise and Fall of Empires" by Peter Turchin; and e) "War and the Law of Nations: A General History" by Stephen Neff.
