I received these pillows shrink-wrapped flat as a pancake. I'm a side sleeper so it's really comfy for me to have some "squishiness" like these have. As far as quality goes, these are nicely stitched and the fabric feels soft. The pillows are rather lightweight and I won't know how durable these are until we've used them for a while.
