condemned-x-fresh is a high-energy pre-workout that pairs solid pump and performance doses with a bold stim stack. Lots of high-stim options just pump up the caffeine and shortchange the stuff that actually boosts your training. This one gets it right in key spots. It starts with 6,000mg L-citrulline, which is spot-on for boosting nitric oxide— that's the gas that widens blood vessels. Citrulline turns into arginine better than taking arginine straight, leading to better blood flow, muscle fullness, and pumps you'll feel in presses, arm days, and leg reps.

It's not just about looks either. You get 3,200mg beta-alanine, the standard dose from studies that builds up carnosine in muscles over time. Carnosine fights acid buildup, so you can push through the burn longer in sets that last a minute or more. This is one of the best-backed ingredients for sports performance. Then there's 2,000mg betaine anhydrous—research often uses 2.5g, but 2g is still solid and helps with power, cell hydration, and body processes like methylation. HydroPrime at 2,000mg adds glycerol for super hydration, drawing water into cells for denser pumps, better feel, and handling longer or sweaty workouts.

Hydration gets a boost from 1,000mg taurine, 500mg pink Himalayan salt, and 190mg sodium. Taurine helps with fluid balance and performance, while sodium keeps muscles contracting right, balances fluids, and amps up that pump feel rep after rep.

Condemned Fresh Out by Condemned Labz contains 103mg Choline, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg L-Citrulline — a real dose for pumps, not just for show. It boosts nitric oxide through the arginine pathway, so you get better blood flow, fuller muscles, and awesome pumps during high-rep training.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the go-to daily amount to build muscle carnosine over time. That helps buffer acid in muscles, letting you keep going when the burn tries to shut you down.
  • 2,000mg HydroPrime® glycerol powder — a hydration hero that many pre-workouts leave out. It pulls water into cells, giving you fuller pumps, smoother training, and better hydration in tough sessions.
  • 2,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — a smart add for more than just energy. It helps with performance, power, and keeping cells hydrated, adding real strength and endurance to your workout.
  • 460mg total caffeine from two sources — 400mg fast-acting anhydrous plus VitaShure® for sustained release. This gives quick energy that lasts longer than pre-workouts with just one type of caffeine.
  • 100mg Advantra-Z® p-synephrine — amps up the energy to make it feel seriously high-stim. It's what sets this apart from just high-caffeine options.
  • 250mg CDP-Choline yielding 103mg choline — a step up from cheap choline. It supports focus tied to acetylcholine and brain cell health, making the energy feel focused and useful.
  • 1,000mg L-Tyrosine — a solid amount when you're pushing your system hard. It's a building block for brain chemicals, pairing great with high caffeine to keep your mental game strong during stress.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in growth phases wanting pumps and function. 6g L-citrulline, 2g HydroPrime, taurine, and sodium deliver dense pumps, while 460mg caffeine and nootropics keep focus through long workouts.
  • Mid-to-advanced lifters on high-volume splits where fatigue builds. 3.2g beta-alanine and 2g betaine help maintain output, not just stim hype.
  • High-stim fans who handle 350mg+ caffeine and want lasting energy. Dual caffeine beats the peak-and-crash of single sources.
  • Early trainers needing a switch to gym mode. CDP-choline, tyrosine, CognatiQ, and stims create sharp focus over pump-only options.
  • Folks in hot gyms or sweaty sessions where poor hydration kills pumps. HydroPrime, taurine, sodium, and salt make it more complete.
  • Gym rats past weak mainstream pre's with low citrulline. This gives solid doses plus the high-stim feel they crave.

How to Use

Begin with half a scoop in 10-12 oz water 20-30 minutes pre-workout to test tolerance, especially if high stims are new. Full scoop packs 460mg caffeine plus 100mg p-synephrine—not beginner stuff. For full, use 12-16 oz cold water in a shaker—extra helps taste and glycerol feel. Empty stomach speeds it up, but a light meal 60-90 minutes before can soften the edge. Don't mix with coffee, energy drinks, fat burners, or synephrine stuff unless you're tracking totals. Stacks great with creatine, intra aminos or electrolytes, and carbs around training. Tolerance builds, so save full scoops for big days or deload stims sometimes. Store sealed in cool, dry spot—glycerol can clump easier.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Mix and drink—it feels hefty from the scoop and glycerol, but cold water helps. Minutes 10-20: Fast caffeine kicks in, and you might get beta-alanine skin tingles if it's new. Minutes 20-40: That's prime time—stims, focus, and early pumps from citrulline and hydration really show. Minutes 40-90: Sustained caffeine keeps things up better than quick-hit pre's, but it depends on you. Days 1-7: Energy and focus right away, but beta-alanine is still building. Weeks 2-4: As carnosine loads, workouts feel fuller with better set endurance, less reliant on just stims.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in condemned-x-fresh per serving?

A full serving provides 400mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100mg VitaShure® sustained-release caffeine material standardized to 60% caffeine, for 460mg total caffeine. That is a very high-stim dose and noticeably stronger than standard pre-workouts sitting around 250-350mg.

Is condemned-x-fresh beginner friendly?

No. The formula contains 460mg total caffeine plus 100mg p-synephrine, which makes it better suited to experienced stimulant users. Beginners should start elsewhere or use no more than half a scoop if they choose to test tolerance.

Why is there both caffeine anhydrous and sustained-release caffeine in this formula?

Caffeine anhydrous gives the fast, obvious onset most users feel in the first 15-30 minutes. VitaShure® adds a slower-release caffeine component to extend the energy curve and reduce the sharp fade common to single-source stimulant formulas.

Is 6g of L-citrulline enough to make a difference?

Yes. Six grams of pure L-citrulline is a legitimate research-backed dose for nitric oxide support, blood flow, and pump enhancement. It is meaningfully stronger than the 3-4g doses commonly seen in underdosed pre-workouts.

Why does condemned-x-fresh make my skin tingle?

That sensation comes from the 3.2g beta-alanine dose. It is called paresthesia and is harmless for most users; it reflects acute nerve-related tingling, not the long-term carnosine-loading benefit itself.

How long does the energy last?

Most users will feel the formula strongly for the duration of a typical workout and often beyond, because the energy system combines immediate caffeine with sustained-release caffeine. Exact duration depends on body size, tolerance, and whether you took it with food.

Can I stack condemned-x-fresh with a pump product?

Yes, but be selective. It already contains 6g citrulline and 2g HydroPrime, so the best stack would be a stim-free pump formula that adds nitrates or additional electrolytes rather than more caffeine.

Should I take this every day or only on training days?

Most people will use it on training days because the stimulant load is high. However, beta-alanine works through daily saturation, so if you want the full performance benefit from that ingredient, consistent intake matters even when the acute stimulant effect is not needed.

What should I not combine with this formula?

Avoid stacking it with coffee, energy drinks, fat burners, or other stimulant-based pre-workouts unless you are carefully controlling total daily stimulant intake. The caffeine plus p-synephrine combination is already aggressive enough on its own.

Does condemned-x-fresh contain enough choline to matter?

It provides 250mg CDP-choline yielding 103mg choline, which is useful in a nootropic pre-workout context even though choline-specific sports performance evidence is not especially strong. The bigger value here is its role in a broader focus stack with tyrosine, CognatiQ, and caffeine.

Great for big dogs
Size: Medium, Number of Items: 1
Our pup is now 15 months old (nearly 110 lb and still growing). We got this ball when he was 3 or 4 months old. GOODS - - Our pup fetches with extreme drive, and the rope helps him quickly snatch the ball off the ground (versus a tennis ball, in which we are worried he will go head over heels at times) - Our pup also loves to play fetch in the water, and this ball floats great and again, the rope gives another point to bite onto - The yellow color is easy to see, even in grass - Our pup typically fetches the ball, and leaves the rope mostly out of his mouth. So, throwing the ball doesn't result in saliva-covered hands - It's pretty easy to throw the ball 50', and possible to throw it 100' - It doesn't roll/bounce, so if you are for example playing fetch on your front lawn and are concerned with a tennis ball rolling into the street, this one alleviates that issue - Our pup is spoiled and has several balls. This is absolutely his go to ball. We have woken up in the morning before to see him standing next to the bed with the ball in his mouth, asking us to get up and play. BADS - - Occasionally when he goes to fetch it, he will step on the rope as he tries to pull up on the ball. - We have gotten this ball stuck in trees multiple times. In fact, there is one stuck on the roof of our church from playing fetch on the lawn there. :-/ Not a fault of the ball, but if you start whipping it around like nunchucks, it might not go where you want. - The near max you can through this ball is 100'. And since it doesn't roll/bounce, throw distance is throttled. We often play fetch in a local baseball field, and have no issue wearing him out with this ball. However, if you are planning on throwing a ball the distance of half a football field, you might want to consider something else. SIZE - - We purchased both the medium and the large. Even though our pup is huge and can fit a soccer ball in his mouth, he still prefers the medium. It's easier for him to get in his mouth and breath while running back. The medium is the size of an orange, whereas the large is the size of a grapefruit. DURABILITY - - We have gone through about 4 of these balls, BUT this is because we lost 3 of them. We believe he dropped one out of the car window while we were driving, one is on the roof of our church, and I forget about the other one. On the first one we had, the stitching behind the black tape was down to a few threads after about 5 months. Given duration we use these balls (every day) and the joy he gets from them, I feel the durability is good for the price. - We do play tug with the ball at times, and no issues there Enjoy!

Good but better options out there.
Good ball, but is a cheaper version of the Foamster sold online. The rope is cheap and comes apart, and can be abrasive to a dogs mouth. The Foamster uses a higher quality ball and are more durable and use grippy biothane straps rather than cheap rope. They are also made to order in the USA with lots of fun colors. Worth the extra money if your dog likes these balls.

Fun toy for fetch
Size: Medium, Number of Items: 1
Daisy loves this toy. I found it from her dog trainer, and it makes rewarding her with a quick tug of war and fetch really easy. Also it’s shockingly durable. It looks like foam, but she has not destroyed this one.

Sturdy and soft like hiking on clouds
Size: Large, Color: Color Mix
I am in love with these socks! In fact I've reordered five more times and have told my hiking friends about them, and they've ordered them now, too. We all love them. This is an excellent price for a 70% Merino wool sock. They wick away moisture & keep your feet nice and dry and comfortable in your boots. They're very cushiony yet your feet do not overheat. I bought these for the gym and for hiking. I actually hike about a hundred miles a month so I can tell you these socks go through a lot with me! The ankle cut socks are perfect for both my trail runners and my actual low ankle boots. The arch support keeps the sock firm on my foot and does not allow the sock to bunch up down towards the toe. The Merino wool helps to control moisture and my feet do not stink after a 6-7 mile hike. And oh my gosh they are so soft! It's like walking on clouds. I've had no issues with holes in the socks and will definitely update later if I do. I highly recommend these socks and tell your friends about them too
