BD Venflon Pro Safety IV 16Gx45mm gray is a safety catheter with injection tip.

1. The BD Venflon Pro has excellent properties thanks to the combination of the very good maneuverability of the BD Venflon 2 with the advantages of polyurethane. This reduces complications and pain associated with venipuncture.
2. The new BD Venflon Pro peripheral IV cannula with injection port is made from the BD PUR (polyurethane) material. The BD PUR catheter is rigid at room temperature, making a successful puncture easier from the first time. Once in the vein, the catheter becomes flexible, minimizing the risks associated with IV catheterization.
   In addition, the BD Venflon Pro has a Snap = cap, which makes opening and closing the injection port easier, while remaining protected.
3. The cap for needle-free bolus injections, the same shape for easy handling and ease of use, consistency in production.
