A white rubber midsole with a molten aesthetic encases the footbed and creates a shell toe, attached by wavy stitching. MMY branding appears on the tongue, rear heel, and outer side, and a black chevron outsole finishes the look.
Mihara Yasuhiro is a Japanese designer who founded his namesake shoe brand while studying at Tama Art University in Tokyo in the 1990s. Yasuhiro began designing shoes as an independent study, opening a shop while still in university and launching his brand upon graduation in 1997. Yasuhiro’s work is known for its playful themes and innovative styling.
