Bocca precisa, fresca ed elegante, con tannini decisi ma non invadenti e ottima struttura al palato.Il Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2019 della cantina La Spinetta nasce nel vocato comune di Neive, da uve nebbiolo in purezza raccolte a mano e lavorate con la massima cura sia in vigna che in cantina. Dopo una macerazione e fermentazione alcolica svolta in acciaio, a temperatura controllata, il vino matura per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese di secondo e terzo passaggio, concludendo l’affinamento con ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia. Si presenta così come un vino rosso artigianale e genuino, nato per valorizzare il terroir di Neive e l’eccellenza della materia prima, lavorata con il massimo rispetto e rigore.
Ottimo per accompagnare secondi piatti di carne rossa arrosto o alla griglia. Da provare con la tagliata di manzo o con polenta e funghi.
