Ash glaze is a glaze made from the ashes of plants. This glaze has a simple and gentle pale blue-green color that comes from nature, and creates a beautiful pool of glaze called "vidro" in the center of the vessel. Every detail is carefully finished, from the grass pattern drawn with a comb, to the detailed design of the mouth, to the lightness when held in the hand. The clean colors and the free-flowing carving of the grass pattern gently enhance the food no matter the season. This is a useful series that can be used to serve food individually or to separate dishes.

A very thorough "How-To"!

At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb

This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
