The Numbers (Cup Diameter)
- 1 to 3: Very wide cups, typically preferred by advanced players with strong embouchures.
- 5 to 7: Medium, standard sizes. For example, the Bach Standard Series Trumpet Mouthpiece 7C is the most widely used student model in the world.
