Using the latest in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software; Skunk2 Racing has created a three-piece modular design that allows for easy disassembly, porting, and plenum volume changes through the use of a removable plenum and optional plenum spacers. My husband always asks for a new pack of these UA socks every birthday and Christmas. He wears them with all types of shoes and for everything he does: daily work, weekend casual, and athletics. They're thick, super soft, and durable, but yet still breathable--even in the heat of summer. It takes months and months of constant wear and washings before they develop holes in the heel. Great socks!

So far so good. I purchased the XL size and they fit well for my size 14 feet. They seem to have held up well in the 7 days I have been wearing them - 2 washes so far. Only time will tell if they last. I do know if you walk around the house in your socks they will develop holes on the bottom much faster than if you just wear them in shoes.
