Calcium carbonate makes Re-Lyte Energy easier to mix. Because it’s combined with citric acid, taking calcium carbonate in Re-Lyte isn’t the same as taking it by itself.

Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine from green tea extract, which is enough to give you energy while helping to minimize the chance of developing jitters or a crash.

How long will the energy boost from Re-Lyte Energy last?
Each serving of Re-Lyte Energy contains 120 mg of clean, energizing caffeine from green tea extract. You’ll experience the strongest energy boost in the first one to two hours, which will then gradually decrease, lasting for up to six hours after taking a single serving.
