This packing is designed as a universal solution for paper mills and is produced from a high performance compound fibre that delivers exceptional mechanical strength, with a tensile resistance of 25,000 kg/cm², along with a very low friction coefficient. This combination allows abrasion to be reduced to around one tenth of that caused by aramid yarns, extending packing life and improving equipment reliability. Its excellent chemical resistance enables use even in cellulose manufacturing, where harsher process conditions demand superior material stability. An exclusive three stage PTFE based lubrication system applied to the thread, the core and the finished packing ensures remarkable softness and greatly reduces bushing wear.
