The Piana Wood Pellet Pizza Oven operates with food-grade wood pellets, known for their outstanding calorific performance. This means you'll experience intense, powerful, and consistent heat for a pizza that's perfectly cooked every time.

Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven equipped with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.

Removable door: The door will allow you to optimize the heating time of the oven.
Fast cooking in 60 seconds : 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!

Fuels: To fuel your oven, you will have the choice: use wood, briquettes or pellets. Use the hatch located just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.

Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 20 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400°C.
