Croquettes: Jamon Serrano, leek, milk, flour, butter, nutmeg, grated cheese mix, chopped dill and parsley

Black garlic aioli: Black, garlic, eggs, oil, salt

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Place croquettes on a baking tray and heat through for 5-7 minutes. Serve alongside garlic garlic aioli and scatter with provided microherbs.
