The new FR3 80 skate features the FR liner with Orthomove insole and wider boot opening to ensure that your foot is held securely in place whilst skating. The FR3 80 skates come complete with plastic buckle fastenings at the ankle and a double strap fastening across the top of your foot.
To get the best energy transfer possible from your foot to the ground, FR have added two, seven hole, metal plates to the bottom of their skates, allowing you to adjust the setup of your 243mm frames. Thanks to the integrated plates, you will gain in stability and precision. The FR3 80 is a great skate to improve your skills in all skating styles.

How to measure
Follow the instructions below and compare your measurements with the size chart
FOOT LENGTH
Place your foot against a wall and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your toes.
Manufacturers do not always use the same sizes for shoes. Therefore, we recommend using the foot length to find the correct size. The international standard for foot length is known as Mondopoint and indicates the size of the foot in millimetres (mm).
