★ Depending on the overall size of your design, you may receive your order in multiple pieces. This will have no effect on the final product of your design once applied.

● PLEASE NOTE: the delivery times that Etsy provides is an estimate only and may slightly vary due to factors which are beyond our control such as courier delays. We offer a rush express delivery option and we strongly suggest opting for this for time-sensitive orders to ensure timely delivery.

● This is a non-refundable product as it is custom made tailored to your design specifications. Mock ups are provided upon request where design, layout and sizing are provided to you before your order is sent into production and dispatched. Please ensure your mock up is reviewed completely prior to confirmation to avoid disappointment.
● Our decals may not adhere to every surface. We encourage you to check your backdrop material and finish prior to application to ensure it is a smooth, flat and non-porous surface.
● If you are using a wooden backdrop, ensure it has been sanded, painted and sealed with a clear coat finish otherwise, our decals will not adhere well to it.
