Condensation (moisture buildup) is a normal occurrenceĀ when filling any air tank with a standard pump, as the compressed air cools. For safety and performance, it isĀ essential to drain this accumulated moisture periodically.
Our Recommended Best Practice:

After Each Use:Ā Before storing your converted tank, briefly open the main valve (with the adapter attached) in a safe direction toĀ blow out any residual moistureĀ from the tank's interior.

Regular Maintenance:Ā For intensive use, we adviseĀ turning the tank upside down and fully opening the valve to drainĀ every few refills or at the end of a project day. This ensures no water pools at the bottom, which could lead to internal corrosion over time.
