Complete Lithium Conversion Kit 70.4V 105Ah LiFePO4 with Charger, Battery Gauge, 12V Converter, Bluetooth, and OTA Updates

When you upgrade to lithium, you want more than a battery that technically fits. You want stronger power delivery, better runtime, smarter system control, and a setup that feels like a real improvement every time you use it. That is exactly what this Complete Lithium Conversion Kit is built to deliver.

Designed for demanding 72V applications, this LiFePO4 conversion kit combines serious stored energy with the components needed for a more complete and usable upgrade. With 105Ah of capacity at 70.4V, it provides roughly 7.4kWh of stored energy, giving you the kind of performance headroom that matters in systems where weak batteries and inconsistent output are not acceptable.

This is the kind of kit people choose when they are done dealing with aging battery banks, voltage sag, long charging times, and setups that never quite feel dependable under real load. Whether you are upgrading an electric vehicle, replacing an outdated battery system, or building a more capable 72V platform, this kit gives you the output, monitoring, and long-term value that make a lithium conversion worth doing right.

Serious lithium power for high-demand 72V systems

Some upgrades are minor. This one is not.

At the heart of the kit is a 70.4V 105Ah LiFePO4 battery built in a 1P22S configuration, designed for applications that need dependable energy storage and strong current handling. LiFePO4 chemistry has become the preferred choice for many users who want stable output, long service life, and fewer headaches than older battery technologies can deliver.

For users, that means more consistent power under load, less performance drop-off over time, and a system built for repeat use rather than constant compromise. If the goal is reliable performance and cleaner long-term ownership, this is the kind of battery platform that makes the upgrade feel worthwhile.

Strong discharge capability for demanding loads

Capacity is only part of the story. The real question is how the battery performs when the system actually asks something of it.

This kit supports up to 250A max continuous discharge, with peak discharge capability of 500A for 15 seconds and 1,000A for 2 seconds. That kind of output makes it well suited for applications that need strong acceleration, high-demand bursts, or consistent performance under heavier loads.

On the charging side, it supports up to 105A continuous charge current, with peak charge and regen capability up to 500A for 15 seconds. That gives the system the ability to handle substantial charging demands while supporting practical performance in real-world operation.

In plain terms, this is not built for light-duty use. It is built for applications where power delivery, responsiveness, and system confidence matter.

Complete kit with key conversion components included

One of the biggest frustrations in a lithium conversion is finding out that the battery is only one piece of the project. Chargers, converters, gauges, and compatibility details can turn a simple upgrade into a drawn-out parts chase.

This Complete Lithium Conversion Kit helps solve that by including the core components needed for a more ready-to-use solution:

  • 72V 15A lithium charger

  • battery gauge

  • 12V converter

That makes the upgrade more straightforward and reduces the guesswork that often comes with piecing together a system from separate parts. Instead of building your own kit one component at a time, you start with a package designed to work as a more complete solution.

Bluetooth monitoring for easier system visibility

A modern power system should not leave you guessing.

This kit includes Bluetooth app support for both iOS and Android devices, allowing you to monitor system status from your phone. That gives users a more convenient way to check battery information and keep an eye on performance without opening compartments or relying on rough estimates.

For everyday owners, it makes the system easier to live with. For more technical users and installers, it adds a more useful layer of visibility for system checks and troubleshooting.

Over-the-air updates add long-term flexibility

One of the more valuable features in a connected battery system is the ability to stay current over time.

This lithium conversion kit supports over-the-air firmware updates, allowing updates and optimization without unnecessary hassle. That gives the system a more modern ownership experience and helps support long-term usability rather than leaving the product fixed in place from day one.

It is one of those features that may not be the first thing customers ask about, but once you have it, it is hard to ignore the value.

Built for long service life

Cycle life is one of the biggest reasons people move to lithium, and this kit is designed to deliver the kind of long-term performance that justifies the investment.

Rated for 3,500 cycles, this LiFePO4 system is built for repeated use in applications where the battery is expected to perform regularly, not just sit idle as occasional backup. That long cycle life helps support lower replacement frequency, better long-term value, and a more reliable ownership experience overall.

If you are upgrading because you are tired of batteries aging out too quickly or losing performance before they should, that matters.

Wide operating range and dependable thermal performance

This battery is designed to operate across a broad voltage range from 55.0V to 79.2V, with a maximum charge voltage of 79.2V. That gives it the operating flexibility needed for proper integration into compatible 72V-class systems.

It also supports charging from 0°C to 55°C and discharging from -20°C to 60°C, making it suitable for a wide range of real-world use conditions. Whether the system lives in a garage, shop, utility environment, or outdoor application, that temperature range adds confidence where lesser systems can start to show their limits.

Why customers choose this lithium conversion kit

Customers looking at a kit like this are usually trying to fix something that has become a real problem. They want better power delivery. Better runtime. Better reliability. Less maintenance. Less frustration. They want a system that works like an upgrade should.

This kit stands out because it brings together the features that actually matter in real use:

  • 105Ah capacity at 70.4V
  • Roughly 7.4kWh of stored energy
  • LiFePO4 chemistry for long cycle life and stable performance
  • 250A continuous discharge capability
  • Peak discharge up to 500A for 15 seconds and 1,000A for 2 seconds
  • Continuous charge support up to 105A
  • Peak charge and regen support up to 500A for 15 seconds
  • 72V 15A lithium charger included
  • Battery gauge and 12V converter included
  • Bluetooth monitoring through iOS and Android apps
  • Over-the-air firmware updates
  • 3,500-cycle life for long-term value
  • 11-year manufacturer warranty

Ideal for

This Complete Lithium Conversion Kit is a strong fit for:

  • 72V electric vehicle conversions
  • performance-focused lithium battery upgrades
  • utility and equipment platforms using 72V systems
  • users replacing older battery technologies with a more capable lithium setup
  • applications that need strong current output, app-based monitoring, and included conversion components

If you just need the lowest-cost battery replacement and do not care much about monitoring, included accessories, or long-term durability, this may be more system than you need. But if you want a serious lithium conversion with strong output, modern control features, and a more complete installation package, this kit makes a lot more sense.

It is built for people who want their upgrade to feel like an upgrade.

eh
Format: Paperback
IT's not bad at all but they're other "The Simpsons" comic books are way better. I really recommend "Belly Buster" or "Madness" from The Simpsons collection.

"I very nearly singed my bone!"--Melvin Van Horne
Format: Paperback
Another fun-packed issue of Simpsons Comics. This is the 15th issue I've bought and, with only a couple of exceptions, they are all as funny and entertaining as the television show. I've read them all multiple times. This issue is perfect for the Sideshow Mel fan because he is featured in a short that documents how and why he became Sideshow Mel and he is also the hero in another comic. Jimbo Jones fans will like the short about how he became a bully (he wasn't always one). Dr. Hibbert also has a short feature. Here's what this issue has to offer: "Simpson/Sideshow Sibling Smackdown": Cecil Terwilliger and Lisa have something in common--they can't escape from the shadows of their attention-grubbing older brothers. Can they find a rapport even as one is intent on destroying the other? "A Recipe for Disaster"--Marge needs a new dish for the church social pot luck and tries recipes written by "Springfieldian citizens of questionable character." "Homer's Run"--Bart becomes owner of a demanding falcoln ("I have to do everything for him. What a stupid bird") while Homer signs up for early retirement on the Hawaiian Island Garbagio--which looks (and smells) just like it sounds. "Secret Origin of Sideshow Mel"--The background story of how and why Melvin Van Horne became Krusty's sidekick (you won't believe what Mel's occupation was before he replaced Sideshow Bob). "Day of the Nerd"--Lisa finds out the truth about NASA's exploration of Mars. Meanwhile, the other geeks of Springfield compete in feats of nerdome to win the inheritance of the largest collector of TV/movie&comic book memorabilia. Interesting and unique but jumps around a lot. "Bummer Vacation"--Short about Bart's summer (his batting swing looks totally wrong) and then writing a report on it that Mrs. Krabbapal doesn't believe. "Laughter is the Worst Medicine"--Homer competes in a competitive eating contest, "The Gorge in the Gorge." As Krusty says, "Chewing is for losers! Once you swallow, it's the colon's problem." After eating the final hot dog, something goes horribly wrong. Meanwhile Krusty gets a real doctor's degree instead of an honorary one and sick people start lining up at his door. "Down Home Doctorin' Time with Doctor Julius Hibbert"--Short about Dr. Hibbert as a TV doctor forced to change the style of his show to get better ratings. Ends very abruptly. "The Permanent Record Room!"--Principal Skinner shares some stories (school stories, not war stories). (1) "Pranks But No Pranks"--Bart plays a joke on Groundskeeper Willie which has the janitor believing he's a superhero. (2) "And the Beatings Go On"--The origin of Jimbo Jones. No, he wasn't always a bully. (3) "Truant or False"--Lil' Homie gets hooked up with a young miscreant(who would grow up to become a prominent figure in Springfield). Homer thinks he's learned a valuable lesson from the breif time he spent with this rebelious kid, but perhaps it is the rebel who changes his ways. Sidenote: they wouldn't have had Noiseland Arcade if this comic was accurate. Homer's mother is in this comic and she left the family in 1969. "The Many Faces of Bob"--Sideshow Bob is released from prison but is hit by a Duff Beer truck on his way out and has to undergo plastic surgery. Bart and Lisa try to figure out who Bob could be posing as before he gets his revenge on Bart. "Homer vs. The Raccoon I & II"--I'm not sure why this was divided into two parts; it's just an 8-page short. Anyway, Homer tries to capture a raccoon that has been going through his trash.
