Even Heat Distribution
The NuWave Brio is built with a uniquely designed cooking chamber. Super-heated air is circulated all around your food, cooking it from all sides at the same time.
Whether you're air frying a basket of chicken wings, roasting vegetables or grilling sandwiches, the Brio will cook your food from all angles, resulting in evenly cooked meals that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Consistent Cooking Temperature
The NuWave Brio uses a digital switch built into the unit that cycles on 120 times per second, checking the temperature inside the unit every time and minimizing temperature fluctuations.
Other air fryers shut off their heat as much as 20-40 times an hour, resulting in the cooking temperature deviating by as much as 40°F which is no way to properly cook. You'd never shut your stove off while you're cooking, why would you want an air fryer that does just that?
The NuWave Brio ensures that the temperature you set is the temperature you get.

Reheat FunctionThe NuWave Brio is perfect for reheating leftovers thanks to the Reheat function. With one simple press of a button, the Brio will reheat your food at 360°F for 4 minutes for leftovers that are evenly heated without drying out like they would be in a microwave. |
Patented Fry Pan BasketThe NuWave Brio's Fry Pan Basket is specially designed to facilitate air flow from all directions. The stainless steel basket net has a meshed design to allow the hot air to circulate around your food from the top and the bottom. The sides of the basket also have holes in them to ensure the hot air cooks your food from every direction. |
