When my kids were toddlers, they would stand on the kitchen stool and cook with me. They learned how to prepare food, measuring, dividing, cooking and serving. We had so much laughter.
Having taught culinary arts since 2007 with the American Culinary FederationÕs Chef and Child Program, KIDS CAN COOK began evolving as I listened to the Chefs-in-Training. The recipes contained in KIDS CAN COOK are those the kids wanted to learn.
